Thank you for your interest in becoming a Castanha Careers Ambassador! We're building a movement to guide young people toward purposeful, high-impact careers—and we need passionate, insightful voices like yours to help us do it.

We are seeking ambassadors who are young professionals excited about their work, can speak to their journey to get there, and are knowledgeable about their industry.

The 3 Pillars of the Ambassador Program

1. Lending a Hand  (required)
Offer your time to speak with a student from Jake’s 4-step program who’s curious about your career path. A simple 15-20-minute phone conversation can spark real inspiration and clarity. 1 meeting per month max. Ambassadors will receive a small gift for their time and effort. Jake will introduce the student and provide you with guidance on how to conduct the call. While ambassadors are encouraged to be a resource for students, this is optional; your interaction can begin and end with this phone call.

2. The Invitation to Get Involved (optional)

 Your feedback matters. Ask questions, give suggestions, and help shape Jake’s curriculum to stay relevant, robust, and aligned with today’s evolving workforce. Have an idea? Let us know. Help us find more quality ambassadors? It would be greatly appreciated!

3. Help us Grow (optional)
